At The Peach Truck, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! Here’s how our refund policy works:
- Fresh Peaches: If there’s an issue with your peaches, let us know within 48 hours of receiving them, and we’ll work with you to make it right. Whether that means a replacement, store credit, or another solution, we want to ensure you enjoy every bite.
- Non-Perishable Products: For non-perishable items, please reach out within 30 days if there’s a problem, and we’ll help find a solution.
- Order Changes or Cancellations: If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders may not be canceled once they’re processed.
- Missed Pickups:
- In Season: If you missed your pickup, please reach out to us within 24 hours of your scheduled pickup time. We’ll work with you to find a resolution, which may include rescheduling your pickup or offering store credit for the missed order.
- Out of Season: If you missed your stop and we are no longer selling fresh peaches, contact us as soon as possible. While options may be more limited, we’ll do our best to provide a resolution, such as store credit.
