The Peach Truck Refund Policy

At The Peach Truck, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! While we are unable to accept returns, we’re committed to making things right if there’s an issue with your order.


Fresh Peaches
If there’s a problem with your peaches, let us know within 48 hours of receiving them, and we’ll work with you to find a solution. Whether that means a replacement, store credit, or another resolution, we want to ensure you enjoy every bite.


Missed Pickups

  • In Season: If you miss your pickup, reach out within 24 hours of your scheduled time, and we’ll do our best to help—this may include rescheduling or issuing store credit.
  • Out of Season: If we’re no longer selling fresh peaches, let us know as soon as possible. While options may be more limited, we’ll still work to find a resolution, such as store credit.

Non-Perishable Products

For non-perishable items, please contact us within 30 days if there’s an issue, and we’ll help find a solution.


Order Changes or Cancellations

If you need to adjust or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but please note that orders may not be canceled once they’ve been processed.


Store Credit

For eligible issues, we offer store credit that never expires—so you can enjoy fresh peaches in a future season or shop our online offerings anytime.
