What if I can't pick up my order?Updated 2 months ago

You can change the pickup location any time before your chosen Local Pickup Stop. If you need to make a change, please contact our Community Experience team.

We understand plans and schedules change, so you have a few options if you realize you won't be able to visit us:

• We recommend you ask a family member or friend to pick up your order. Simply forward your confirmation email to that generous person (and maybe offer to share your peaches!)
• You can bring your order number to another location. 
• If you don't have a pickup partner or another date that fits your schedule, you can contact our Community Experience team to receive a store credit for your pre-order purchase amount. This credit will arrive as a digital gift card so you can schedule a different pickup that works for you or order our products as a home delivery.
