What if I can't pick up my order?Updated 7 months ago
You can change the pickup location up to 5 days before your chosen Local Pickup Stop. If you need to make a change, please contact our Community Experience team.
We are unable to change your pickup location within 5 days of your chosen Stop. We understand plans and schedules change, so you have a few options if you realize you won't be able to visit us at the last minute:
- We recommend you ask a family member or friend to pick up your order. Simply forward your confirmation email to that generous person (and maybe offer to share your peaches).
- You can bring your QR code to another location on the same day. If you chose a morning Local Pickup Stop but are now only available in the afternoon or vice versa, you can bring your QR code to a different area location on the same day to collect your order.
- If you don't have a pickup partner or another same day location that fits your schedule, you can contact our Community Experience team to receive a store credit for your pre-order purchase amount. This credit will arrive as a digital gift card so you can schedule a different pickup that works for you.
