Safety during the COVID-19 pandemic

The safety of our staff and customers is our highest priority. We want to assure you that we are monitoring the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) closely and considering expert recommendations, including the World Health Organization (WHO), Servsafe, and local health officials in our planning. 

Contactless Pickup

You've already encountered the first step we're taking to protect our staff and customers, which is that everyone orders their peaches online to reduce in-person interactions and card exchanges.

Crowd Management

The vast majority of our stops are outdoors, which allows folks to spread out and keep a comfortable distance away from each other. If you are uncomfortable waiting in line, you can stay in your vehicle until there is more room for adequate distancing.

Cancellations

We hope this information helps you make the best decision for you and your family. If you're not comfortable visiting our Tour stop and would like to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Experience Team. They will provide a full refund if you cancel at least 5 days in advance of your scheduled stop. Within 5 days of your scheduled stop, we are not able to provide refunds but we will send you a store credit for your purchase amount.
