Possibly! It depends on what change you'd like to make and when your order is scheduled to ship. Once an order has shipped or is being prepared for shipment, we're usually unable to make changes.
I want to change the shipping address for my peaches.
If you ordered for Home Delivery, you can change the shipping address up to 11:59 PM (Central) the Friday before your shipping week. You can click here to update your Home Delivery peach order.
I want to change the shipping week for fresh fruit box.
You can change your delivery schedule up to 11:59 PM (Central) the Friday before your scheduled or new shipping week, whichever comes first. You can click here to update your Home Delivery order.
I want to change or add a gift note.
As long as your order isn't being prepared for shipment, we can add or change a gift note. Please contact our Community Experience team with your order details and the gift message you'd like us to include. Remember to include your name if you want the recipient to know who to thank.
I want to change the items in my order.
We are unable to add items to an existing order, so we recommend you place a new order if you want to purchase additional sweet treats from our online store.
I want to cancel all or part of my order.
As long as your order isn't being prepared for shipment, we can remove items or cancel an order. Please contact our Community Experience team with your order details and let us know which items you'd like removed from the order or if you'd like to cancel the entire order. If you've placed multiple orders recently, please be sure to provide the order number so we can help you as quickly as possible.
Please note that once an item or order is cancelled, we are unable to restore it.
