Can I change my order?Updated 2 months ago

Many changes can now be made through your online account! If you don't know how to log into your account or if you've placed an order but never set up a password, you can contact our Community Experience team and they can activate your account or reset your password for you. 

I want to change my pickup location or date.

You can change the pickup location any time before your chosen date and location.

We understand plans and schedules change, so you have a few options if you realize you won't be able to visit us at the last minute:

  1. We recommend you ask a family member or friend to pick up your order. Simply forward your confirmation email to that generous person (and maybe offer to share your peaches).
  2. You can bring your order number to another location or date
  3. If you don't have a pickup partner or another date that fits your schedule, you can contact our Community Experience team to receive a store credit for your pre-order purchase amount. This credit will arrive as a digital gift card so you can schedule a different pickup that works for you.

I want to change the items in my order.

We are unable to add items to an existing order, so we recommend you place a new order if you want to purchase additional items to pick up at your location. Please bring both order numbers with you when you visit our location.

If your local pickup stop now shows "Sold Out, we are unable to add any more orders. We suggest you see when we'll be returning to your area and place another order for that later visit.

I want to cancel all or part of my order.

Please contact our Community Experience team with your order details and let us know which items you'd like removed from the order or if you'd like to cancel the entire order. If you've placed multiple orders recently, please be sure to provide the order number so we can help you as quickly as possible. You will receive a refund for any items or orders canceled before your pickup. Please note that once an item or order is canceled, we are unable to restore it on that order. 

You can contact our Community Experience team for a store credit if you wish to cancel your pickup. If the cancellation is due to a schedule conflict, we have several rescheduling options, so be sure to check out alternate dates first!
