Can I cancel my order?
As long as your Home Delivery order isn't being prepared for shipment (or your Tour stop is at least 5 days away), we can cancel it for you and provide a full refund.
Please contact our Community Experience team with your order details and let us know you'd like to cancel the entire order. If you've placed multiple orders recently, please be sure to provide the order number so we can help you as quickly as possible.
Please note that once an item or order is cancelled, we are unable to restore it.
